I am an experienced lyricist and songwriter mainly in the gospel genre (I am a Christian) as well as in protest/political songs. For example, I write songs in support of independence for West Papua. My songs are sung in churches for worship, in school musicals, and at protests, rallies and events in support of freedom. I have experience collaborating to write successful songs. My songs are at their best when I collaborate with musicians since my own musicality is limited. But my lyrics writing is strong and I can rewrite already good lyrics to better fit suitable music compositions. I can guide a musician in terms of preferred time signature, key, and feel of the music to suit my lyrics. I expect my collaborators to understand English pronunciation - where the stress naturally falls on words and on syllables within words.
