UK based songwriter with home studio. i7 PC with Cubase, Reason, Korg M3, lots of plug-ins, etc. Been writing on and off since early 70's. Never quite in line with market tastes. Not keen on performing. I can sing, but my voice doesn't sound great. Melodyne is essential! I write for fun, but also want to do something that can be published. Could be commercial pop/rock or library/production music, or sync to film/ad I write in lots of different styles, from straight pop to avant-garde, reggae to classical or jazz

Songwriting Achievements:
I did create some themes and brass arrangements for the theme music for a low budget film but it never got released!

Set up a record label and publishing business a long time ago. Released a compilation album (none of my music!) which received national news coverage but not many sales.

Been in several amateur bands, with one or two people who went on to be quite well-known, but rarely got beyond the rehearsal stage before a split. I don't want to return to that way of working. Home recording suits me better

To see if I can get something published
