I'm an amateur lyricist and songwriter seeking someone to explore my writing with and hopefully take it to the next level. I've been writing lyrics and melodies for over a decade at this point and have a lot of content that I have written over the years and am excited about. I've been teaching myself music theory, piano, and guitar (building upon a small background in these areas), but the reality is that turning my lyrics and melody into music would be much better with someone who is skilled in that. I also know that my work could be much better with the insight and collaboration of another mind. I am influenced by folk, blue grass, country, dirt emo artists including the Avett Brothers, Brandi Carlile, Ruston Kelly, and Jason Isbell.
