Vancouver (Canada) based songwriter focusing on writing in a number of styles. For pop, indie, singer-songwriter and rock, my focus is strong melodies and unique but catchy chord progressions. My goal is always musical interest and ensuring the emotion of the song is there for the performer. I write on keyboards and guitar. I do not do production for modern pop as others are much better than I am at that skillset. However, I can write the songs to bring to a producer. Lyrics are not my strength for these styles, so I seek performers who will write the lyrics. I am able to score all of my songs and arrangements and demo them as well, and these files can be sent to a producer to speed up the process significantly. For children's/family songs, I am able to write both music and do the lyrics and do most production tasks for straightforward arrangements. If the song requires a super-modern pop style, another producer would be best. My goal is to increase my catalogue, meet and collaborate with others, and make great music! Due to limited time, I am only interested in taking on projects where the intention is that they will be produced by a professional producer and released.
