I have been doing creative writing since high school, but never as a profession. My degrees are in creative subjects (design and art history), but not music. Even so, I have always had a sincere love of music, with or without lyrics. While I don't write with instruments, my lyrics each have their own sound. I firmly believe that collaboration can allow individuals to reach creative heights that they could not reach alone. My goal is to touch a listener, even if it is just one listener, with that kind of collaboration. Then the soul of that music/lyric will be complete.
