Above is a link to one of my final projects at school, a 3 song EP composed with two classmates. For all three songs, I wrote the lyrics, crafted the vocal melodies, and sang the tracks. Additionally, I was apart of the recording process, playing guitar, piano and synthesizers. We were all apart of the mixing and mastering process, and all agreed on what we felt that songs needed, respectively. I feel that these songs respect us three individuals coming together to write three songs. I would not say that this sound is representative of my solo work, though I do feel the lyrics and vocal ideas are something I am pleased with. |
