I am the lead singer in a band I started in 2004 called The California Ramblers. We started out playing mostly bluegrass but learned to please crowds more by mixing in a little country and older rock. I myself love most any music and tell every my thoughts are that there are two kinds of music good and bad. I can honestly tell if I will like a song in the first few bars. I learned to love bluegrass deeply after I lost my brother at the age of twenty four in an accident. Bluegrass is to me a music that touches your very soul. I have written many songs that have been great hits for us and though I try to keep them bluegrassy I can’t help but hear the may other genres I have listened to all my life
