I'm an EDM/pop composer/producer/songwriter, releasing music under my name Justis Cook. I love writing music more than anything else (it's currently my full-time job), and I find that composing melodies, chord progressions, beats, and first verses come very easily to me. However, it's after the first verse that I often get stuck. I'm looking for a writing partner to take my songs to the next level-- someone who can either A) take the lyrics I've started and collaborate with me to create a full song or B) start from scratch with me and write new songs together (or vice versa-- if you have songs you need help finishing and that need music, I will happily do that too, but all the music I work on will need to be released under my artist name, Justis Cook. Royalty/owner rights will of course be worked out accordingly; i.e. I'll always make sure we have fair deals according to how much each contributed). I write emotionally-driven music and lyrics, often based on events in my own life.
