Life's A Beach
As usual, it took me a few days to think about exactly what I was going to write about for this week. The theme made it seem straight-forward, but I've always been one to think outside the square and challenge myself musically. With this in mind, I have decided to structure this song as one for children with it's playful melody and simply delivery. I have decided to not only start with the chorus like many song from my previous term, but also a more rigid tune to fit the lyrics into. I don't have as many syllables to play with as I'm used to, but I do find that my word setting has improved a lot since I started in the Club back in February.
