Best Friend Tag
Upon seeing this week's theme, I immediately thought about the concept of friendship and what it means to me. I originally wanted to avoid using words like "friend" and "friendship" in the song, but then I came up with a much better idea. I've seen several videos on YouTube where people ask each other various questions to see how much they know about each other. The most common of these is what's known as the "best friend tag", but others exist as well for siblings, partners, etc. Sometimes the participants include a sort of punishment for getting a question wrong, such as whipped cream in the face or having an egg smashed on their head. It's all in good fun, and those videos can be quite entertaining to watch. This can also beg the question: how much do you actually know about other people in your life?
