About
I've been writing lyrics for almost five decades now. Had a few tentative starts to collaborations with some friends long ago, but life events always led us in different directions. Literally, their jobs would take them out of the city. out of the state, out of the country. One would think that I would have given it all up by now. However, the lyrics keep coming anyway, whether in part or complete. I hear or see or think of a phrase, and the lyrics come. I've probably lost or forgotten more partial songs than I remember or have written down. Every once in awhile, one of the old ones that I thought I had forgotten just pops back up. It seems most of the songs I sing in my head are my own, whether recent or from long ago. But the only musical instrument I ever played was drums/percussion, so the music is just trapped up there in my head. Someday, I would like to actually be able to hear it.

There are so many holiday traditions;some are old and some are new. Some we know their origin;and some we have no clue. There’s one you might have heard of;No one knows where it came from.It started with a vegetable. Now a custom it’s become.    Hang a pickle

I used to think the years moved much too fast.No time to enjoy before each one passed.I wished time would slow down. But that was then, this is now. This year I’ve had enough. This year really kicked my butt.My feelings sure have changed, and now I don’t feel

I hear you’re looking for some holiday cheer, the kind that you find only once a year. I’m sure if you stay then you will find it here. I’m your Santa Baby; Come and take a ride in my sleigh. I don’t need a list to know that you’ve been nice.Maybe not comp
