Sweet Lord

Sweet Lord lay me down in the green grass

No longer allow to me be victim to my past

Don't let all my days be broken and torn

Make me happy that I was ever born

Take all of my lifelong struggles away

Sweet Lord come into my life today

And give me the freedom to choose

With you in my life know I can't lose

Spark a flame and set my heart afire

Your spiritual love is my true desire

Sweet Lord your love is all I ask for

You will never hear me wanting more

On your endless sea I am all alone
