CRACK HEAD
INTRO(spoken)
On the seamy side of the city,
There are things that aren't pretty
Like poverty and despair
Violence hangs like a bird of prey in the air
Tormented souls come searching for things that should never be found
On this God forsaken killing ground
V1 When there's too much pressure
And I begin going insane
That's when urges come into my brain
With feelings of guilt descending like rain
V2 I run to the corner where the evil men lurk
I flash my money as the baller reaches into his shirt
I could walk away now while there's still some time
But I've sunken so low, and there's no ladder to climb
C1 I'm a Crack head
I live my life for a red hot rock
I'm a Crack head
I smoke it up till my spirit is dead
V3 Two am, the bars are closed
I get a twenty from my bro
Say it's for my nose
But it's for my lungs, and away I go
V4 I'm out of place on the city streets
Irrational thoughts don't come cheap
I know it's wrong, but I just don't care
As I find myself in the rock mans lair
C2 I'm a Crack head
I live my life for a red hot rock
I'm a Crack head
I smoke it up till my spirit is dead
V5 My thoughts are a freight train runnin thru my brain
There are people I hurt, and I'm feeling their pain
As my world's torn apart, I hear the devil say,
"Your soul is mine come judgment day"
C3 I'm a Crack head
I live my life for a red hot rock
I'm a Crack head
I smoke it up till my spirit is dead
