Covered Bridges and Barns! (copyright November 6, 2013)

Living in the land of country charm.

“Covered Bridges and Barns..Love that Country Charm!”

Dirt roads, cornfields, cornstalks reaching for the sky.

Tractors, combines waiting for the fields to dry.

Farmers on their John Deere’s..out in the fields, the end of the day is near.

They tilled the soil, planted the seeds, there are no weeds.

Living, working in the land of country charm..covered bridges and barns!

The life we live, we do no harm, away from the city, away from the highways and interstates..the great escape..oh the country charm..covered bridges and barns.

Out in the fields, in God’s green acres..planting corn, beans and wheat in the soil, on the land.

Living in the country..Life is grand!

Looking in the sky, the days getting shorter, the harvest moon,

Ready to appear, arriving soon.

Off in the distance, taking a second glance.

The weekend is here, gettin’ ready for the barnyard dance.

Neighbors, friends so dear..the meaning of country life, living is so clear!

“Covered Bridges and Barns..Love that Country Charm!”

“Covered Bridges and Barns..Love that Country Charm!”

The country roads, the country by ways.

The corn, beans and wheat, what a sight!

Farmers working day and into the night.

Giving their all, waiting for the harvest fall.

Tractors, combines in a line..it is a sign..the country harvest is here..

A time to cheer!

“Covered Bridges and Barns..Love that Country Charm!”

“Covered Bridges and Barns..Love that Country Charm!”
