I'm a singer, guitarist, bass player and keyboard player. I'm university educated (music), and I studied classical music and improvisation. Most of my time at university was spent learning classical voice techniques in an effort to become a more confident and knowledgable singer. My real love is singing and writing contemporary music (like folk, pop, rock, country, and experimental). I've played in a lot of bands over the years (all of which were great fun but never took me anywhere outside of artistic success), and I currently teach music in the public school system. I'm looking for artistic fulfillment, the chance to create beautiful sounds, and the chance to create words that resonate.
